RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept returns on new/unworn clothing within 14 days from when your order was received. This rule only applies to qualified orders.  Please view our "Guidelines" section below for additional details.

  • All Festival and/or Pop-Up Shop purchases are FINAL SALE. 
  • All purchases used with a "COUPON CODE" are FINAL SALE. 
  • All "SALE" & "CLEARANCE" items are FINAL SALE.
  • All Jewelry/Accessories are FINAL SALE
  • International Orders are FINAL SALE.
  • All items must be new and unworn with original tags attached. 


A few more details:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We highly suggest to use a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment within 2-5 business days. 
  • Items received as a gift are only valid for store credit.
